What it really comes down to is this: regadless of whether you eat at home, a fast-food joint or a restaurant, you can find good food and shitty food. For instance, if you go to McDonald’s -probably the worst among them- you can get a salad with grilled chicken, maybe some nuts, and a light vinaigrette type dressing. The key is to stick with grilled, lean meats and vegetables and fruit (prefably raw) as the centerpiece of the meals paired with some water. It’s hard to go wrong if you do that.

It seems as though she just picked the biggest portioned meal on the menu. Isn’t that why they have different sized meals on their menus? Fast food places usually have abouthe same size portions or very limited.

attention all sheep…its not rele about protein, fat, sodium, carbs, or protein..sure these things play a minor role as does exercise…but its rele about how the food is PROCESSED, bread in american vs. bread in italy are going to be processed differently…for example the bread in america would have ingredients like wheat flour, water high fructose corn syrup, etc. the bread in italy would have wheat flour, water, cane sugar, etc. the difference is in the ingredients…read the ingredients

You mentioned olive oil as a healthy oil. While that may be true in room temperature, olive oil turns trans fat in heat because it’s a highly unstable oil in heat so try not to cook with it. Apt for extra virgin coconut oil instead. Because coconut oil is a medium chain saturated fat, it’s structure remains stable through heat.

It’s funny you mentioned the twice baked lasagna at the Macaroni Grill. I had this exact meal when visiting a friend in Virginia. I had to eat it over 3 seperate meals over 3 days. I’m Canadian and not used to such ridiculous portion sizes!

anyone goes out to glorified truckstops, and enjoys getting bloated on poison prepared by Buttscratch Mcgeecoli deserves to be suffering while they “breathe easy” between gluttonous mouthfuls of steaming neurotoxins.Oh! and dont forget your to-go box in which the leftovers begin to clog the arteries of anyone close enough to smell the nauseating box of medical bills to come and drain juniors college fund, but lucky for jr. you dont need a degree to peddle poison platters for tchotchkes
