I eat asparagus, broccoli, beans, a variety of peas, potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes occasionally.
I think a wide variety of veggies is important. I’d say about 3-5 servings a day is a good estimate. (:

i eat aubergine, carrots, tomatos, greens, onions, peas, broccoli, lettuce, paprika. from time to time i get my hands on corn, beans, beetroot. i actualy like vegetables and i try to come up with recipes how to prepare them ( so it doesn’t get boring).

You should eat enough servings of vegetables so you are satiated. Depends on activity, bodymass/composition, etc.

Normally once per day I eat about half a meal of straight veggies. Sometimes I manage lunch and dinner.
I think if I did that twice a day I’d be doing great.
