I eat veggies about twice a day, and i eat carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, and things like that

i live in America and honestly most people cook every nigh. frozen foods are not too popular here. i personally dislike fast food but yea i agree Americans who eat fast food are unhealthy

I eat veggies at every meal pretty much.

I eat asparagus, broccoli, beans, a variety of peas, potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes occasionally.

I think a wide variety of veggies is important. I’d say about 3-5 servings a day is a good estimate. (:

i really eat vegetables every day like .. almost in my evry meal..it’s always included, i think that the main reason is cause im hispanic.. in mexico we eat fruits and vegetables like crazy,

I probably eat, like 5 servings of vegetables a day, not including fruits . . . I think I should eat more than that, even thought that is probably what is technically recommended by the government

I’m not cutting excuses for anyone when i say this BUT it should be noted the standards for being overweight were changed a over a decade ago. That’s when you started hearing about “the obesity epidemic”. I can agree we shouldn’t be eating massive loads of crud but we also need to remember there is a larger agenda at play behind the “overweight america” scare. It’s the drug companies who push “diet” drugs, foods and supplements.

ummm, almost every meal has vegetables in it.
i eat aubergine, carrots, tomatos, greens, onions, peas, broccoli, lettuce, paprika. from time to time i get my hands on corn, beans, beetroot. i actualy like vegetables and i try to come up with recipes how to prepare them ( so it doesn’t get boring).

Usually with the last 4 of 6 smaller meals.
Primarily broccoli, spinach, carrots, onions
You should eat enough servings of vegetables so you are satiated. Depends on activity, bodymass/composition, etc.

squash,cauliflower,broccoli,peppers,

I eat a wide variety of veggies - aiming for at least 3 different kinds per day and generally do 3-9 (in salads, for example).

Normally once per day I eat about half a meal of straight veggies. Sometimes I manage lunch and dinner.

I think if I did that twice a day I’d be doing great.

I heard other people use 2 teaspoons of sugar in the raw not white sugar daily too. Yes I think this is any healthier than white sugar or other sugar products, but I’m not completely sure.
