I went vegetarian in january of 2008. I weighed 144 pounds. By June I was 115 pounds. I went vegan in July, and now in November I am 103 pounds. This is a healthy weight seeing as I am only 4 feet 11 inches. I didn’t excercise anymore than I did before, and I am in perfect health according to 2 doctors.
