Natalie, what is a healthy oil to cook with? I use olive oil and flax oil on salads and veggies but what is a good oil I can use in my pan?

Lots of healthy ways to eat and they include eating no olive oil or fish. Being omnivores and having evolved and survived famines, starvation, limited food choices, our genetics allows us to eat a huge variety of different foods. Protein in red meat? True, but green beans are higher in protein than a Big Mac. Protein, carbs and fats should be determined on the basis of calories. One can of green beans = 70 cal and 8 grams protein. That is 8X4=32 protein cal per can divided by 70 = 46% protein.

I haven’t eaten red meat in two months. I plan to ditch red meat forever because I love sheep and cows.

You need breakfast. But your not going to loose weight it it uncludes 3 eggs,a few slices of bacon,and buttered toast! Quick morning meals of organic yogurt and fruit, or a bowl of oatmeal and fruit are good.

I love the Mediterranean food pyramid version, far more healthier than the American food pyramid. I think I’m going to mainly follow it. I love most of the foods on it anyway.
