You have to also diet and do this every day in order for it to work out. So if you are eating the fattening food, that should stop. Hope this helps. I mean i hope it did, it’s been a year since you wrote that haha.

ok this story is actually real. a long time ago two girls were playing outside and one girl noticed a hole near where they were playing. the other girl came and “accidently” pushed the other girl in the hole and it was like really really deep. nobody bothered even going down there to help her so the girl stayed in the hole until her death. the girl found out nobody cared about her? so she wanted reveng send this to 6 videoes or you will hear her scream and then shell kill you

Works good, I can really feel the abs working. The only problem is I am not seeing any result! It may be my fat covering up my abs tho. I have done this every day for a week and I can not see any results. Any tips would be great. Thanks,

yeah you are right…she is not going to continue it for rest of her life obviously…..but until she loose stubborn weight. She has a plan to include each healthy diet slowly with this diet will continue little more tought workout with it….but any wayz…you are ryt…

yea, ALL diets work, but limiting the variety of food you consume is ridiculous. your friend needs to choose healthy food that she will consume for life, because chances are, your friend will gain every pound she loss back, maybe even more. plus, your friend won’t be eating cereal & veg. soup all her life.

my friend has started eating Kellogg’s serials with fat free milk twice a day + five fruits+ vegetable soup+ 15 minutes workout and she has started losing weight so quickly.

#1. where is the breath coming from? #2.Her legs are not active and her feet are not in alighnment.
#3 PILATES IS ONLY ABOUT 8 REPS AT MOST OF ONE EXERCISE w/ The ECEPTION OF THE HUNDRED. This is bogus pilates.
